This welcoming ski in/ ski out Cedars Townhouse sits directly on the slopes of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. This unit is conveniently located in walking distance from dining, shopping and everything Main Street has to offer. The spacious townhouse has a three-bedroom layout and suitably sleeps nine people.


The living room has a newer, comfortable sitting area with a cozy gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining room table for all of the guests. Upstairs, the master bedroom is very spacious with a queen-sized bed and a newly remodeled bathroom. The newly remodeled bathroom has a two-person jetted jacuzzi tub, a double vanity, and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds as well as a captain’s bunk and its own bathroom. The third bedroom has a full-sized bed and its own bath.


This unit has two parking spots. One parking spot is in the attached private, one-car garage and parking for the second vehicle is an uncovered spot near the unit. Guests have access to the indoor/ outdoor Upper Village Pool facilities located directly across the street. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.

  This is our second time staying in this condo and it was as perfect as the first time. The location cannot be beat. To walk out onto the slopes and walk into downtown and not have to drive (except to go to the grocery store which is not far away) is wonderful. Plenty of room for a family of four with two teenagers, a smart TV where you can pull up Netflix or prime video and watch your own stuff. It could benefit from some little TLC updates, but absolutely nothing hindered our vacation nor would we complain about those little things. For the awesome price & location, it is and was perfect for us, and we would stay there every time! We needed a place to stay on the slopes that had plenty of room and was comfortable, and it has/had everything we need. Would 100% recommend without hesitation.

  The location was great. Walking distance to most everything of value in the town. The condo itself left a little to be desired. Everything was very dated. The bedding on one bed was faded on the 1/2 that the sun shined on and had an odd smell. But overall I would stay here again.

  We absolutely loved staying at Cedars 27. it was just as described- a true ski in/ ski out location. perfect and just what we needed. it was clean, warm, plenty of room, plenty of towels and dishwashing detergent and trash bags. dumpster nearby for trash, and the parking was very convenient. the realty let us check in early which was a huge plus having traveled far and needing to go grocery shopping as well for dinner. walked everywhere we needed to go except for the grocery store which was still close by car. checking in and out was very easy as well. would absolutely stay there again! thank you!

  let me first say, I have a VRBO beach house. Every time we go we pull a little maintenance. Every couple years we buy new pots, pans and utensils. You walk in this condo and right off the bat you can tell it needs maintenance. The bathroom faucet is coming loose, the light fixtures in the bathroom are hanging, the brick hearth is broken, the light bulbs are out or missing, all the batteries are dead and the pots and pans have been cut down to the metal. This is all an easy fix. BUT the location for skiing is fabulous!

  House was as advertized and reasonably well stocked with appliances, cookware, plates, and utensils. We cooked for every meal and the only drawback was that the knives were un-usably dull. Beds were acceptable, though the pillows were flat and not comfortable (left us all with stiff necks all week). Not sure why large beds were queen/full sized and not kings - there is space for them. Several of our group are tall and feet stuck off the end. But Quicksilver Lift is immediately out the back door - it's hard to get much closer to the mountain.

  Great fireplace, outdoor space, and kitchen/great room. Lots of stairs! Huge plus Is private garage parking and walkable to all of Breckenridge! There is an inordinately high deposit but it was quickly refunded after check out.
