This three-bedroom townhouse is a perfect spot for your Breckenridge vacation. This two-story townhouse comfortably sleeps 6 people and is located directly across from the newly renovated Breckenridge Recreation Center, the Blue River, main bike paths, and playgrounds. This unit is on the free bus route with easy access to Main St. and the Breckenridge Ski Resort.


The living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room openly flow together on the main level. In the living room has a large very comfortable sectional couch, TV and a cozy gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with extra seating. The dining room table has enough seating for the entire party. Off of the dining room area is a large deck with an outdoor grill and sitting area.


All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own private master bathroom with a bath tub, shower, and vanity. The second bedroom and third bedroom both have queen-sized beds and a shared full bathroom. The third bathroom is on the main level.


This townhouse is close to a lot of fun activities in the surrounding area. The Blue River provides awesome fishing opportunities, the bike path is right out the door, the 88,000 sq. ft. Recreation Center has loads of activities that are indoor and outdoor. The guests are in walking distance to rentals shops, the grocery store, and liquor stores. The complex is also on the free bus route to access Main St. and the Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you have your own car, the complex provides one parking space for each unit. The overflow parking ($5/day) is just down the street for extra vehicles.

    We stayed in this unit for one night because our flight was cancelled due to a snow storm and the unit we were in for a week was expecting the next guest. This unit was super clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of five. If you are wanting something walking distance to the slopes, this is probably not for you but there is a bus stop across the street. It would also be a decent walk down to Main Street as well. Very convenient to the grocery store though. Overall we are picky travelers and I would say this was nice, clean unit with a good layout. I particularly loved the fireplace and the large sofa for lounging!

    We were visiting my niece in Breckenridge when we stayed at Kingdom Park townhouse #834. We've stayed in other condos in Breckenridge at other times, but this is our favorite. We had stayed at Kingdom Park in a two bedroom townhouse about 5 years ago.
    This townhouse was perfect for our family. It has three bedrooms, a nice living area, a well equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. It anlso has a washer and dryer. Its location is great, being right near the rec center and close to City Market.
    Checkin and checkout were easy, with the real estate office being right on Main Street.
    We highly recommend this townhouse and would stay there again.

    Our unit was spotless and we could tell they took extra care in sanitizing the place. Beautiful view of a field with trees in a peaceful setting. Our kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and we were able to hike right into town off the back trail. The check in and check out process was smooth. The property management company was extremely responsive if we had questions and very welcoming.
