Gorgeous, ski in/ski out Cedars Townhouse sits directly on the slope of Breckenridge Ski Resort. This spacious, western style townhouse has four bedrooms and is suitable for any size group. This unit is conveniently located in walking distance from dining, shopping and everything Main Street has to offer. The very cozy living room has a river rock gas fireplace. This unit is great for family game night, equipped with an awesome game room that has a gaming table, a sitting area and a TV. The large kitchen has plenty of granite counter space, a large dining room table, plus a kitchen island bar with additional seating. Kick back on the marvelous deck that looks towards the base of Peak 9.


The superb master suite has a king bed, a separate sitting area with a flat screen tv, and a master bathroom with a jetted Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The second level has a second bedroom with a captain's bunk and the third bedroom with a twin bunk bed. On the third level the fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed. Each bedroom has its own full private bathroom.


This unit has two parking spots. One parking spot is in the attached private, one-car garage and parking for the second vehicle is an uncovered spot near the unit. Guests have access to the indoor/ outdoor Upper Village Pool facilities located directly across the street. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.

  We rented for Christmas week and had a fantastic time. We had all the family, our kids with their families. The unit was well appointed with everything we needed. This is a beautifully decorated condo. We especially enjoyed the open space and the fireplace. The bedrooms were very comfortable each with their own bathroom. I actually was able to ski in to the front door. The double car garage was a bonus since we had three cars to park. The location could not have been better since it was an easy walk to town and really everywhere. The kitchen had everything one could need as we cooked most meals for our group. Since it was college football bowl season we especially appreciated the great cable tv service, we were able to watch every game.

  We had a group of 8 and felt there was plenty of space for all of us. The condo was clean. The location was great for skiing and walking to town. We did not go down the sidewalk, but out the front door and across the slope into town. The lift right out our door did get very busy in the morning, esp on the weekends. But it does take you up to several green and blue runs and you can easily cross over to other lifts. Snow was great! We had a moose come right up to our living room window!! Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of stairs, but was ok for our group. Warm water would run out after a couple of showers, but did not affect us too often. We would def come back here. We parked in the garage the whole time. Plenty of space for a BMW X7. Not sure anything larger would fit.

  Every thing went very well. No problems. Condo was very clean. This the the probably the 10 year we have rented this property. The last four years we have had to do some repairs on the dishwasher. I would let the owners that the dishwasher is at the end of its life cycle and is in need of replacement.

  We had a super holiday at the Cedars. Location could not be better. We were visiting end of season so one or two niggles with accommodation but a quick phone call and it was fixed within the hour. Easy walk to restaurants and bars and access to the slopes was impressively easy. We saved a fortune from popping back for drinks and meals rather than paying in the bars on the slopes. Teenagers were completely independent which freed up the adults. Could have done with a door on the top floor bedroom as noise seemed to travel up from the living area. Decor a little unsettling - full of animal skulls and cow hide which as vegetarians was off putting. Otherwise, suited our needs very well and we had a fabulous stay.

  This is a great location for a large group, especially if you are skiing. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. We had some minor maintenance issues that we reported to Woodwinds and they were very responsive.

  The twin bed mattresses are horrible and if you’re an adult sleeping on one of them it’s very uncomfortable. Also, the second large bedroom on the top floor is not actually a king bed it’s two twins pushed together so you have a gap in the middle when you are trying to sleep and also very uncomfortable! There is no reason for the amount that they are charging for this rental that they cannot update mattresses. 3rd floor Large bedroom could use an updated comforter or duvet comforters so cover can be washed.

  Cabin is extraordinary. perfect balance between space, luxury, location and occupancy. Kitchen is extremely well equipped and spacious for all to gather together. Master bedroom is fantastic and bathroom is very high end. The location can't be best, on our way down from the mountain we were able to ski all the way to the front door. We were expecting a nice property based on the pictures, however our stay exceeded by far our expectations.

  We've stayed in Cedars before and this was by far the best unit we've experienced. The location is truly ski in, ski out. The kitchen is well-stocked and the entire condo is nicely furnished.

  Outstanding location, super easy check-in/out process, spacious, well stocked kitchen, & truly ski in/ski out. Five minute walk to Main St, two ski schools, a chair lift, and a ski rental. Entryway was large enough to accommodate 8 people getting ready and their gear. Every room had a thermostat and the fireplace felt amazing. Jetted tub was a nice perk to have after skiing. Good stock of pillows and blankets, and plenty of amenities. We would highly recommend this location and book again! Minor inconveniences: lots of stairs. TVs did not function properly. Hot water didn’t last long and had to stagger showers. Bunk bed rooms do not have overhead lights, which make it hard to see at night. Master bed on 3rd floor does not have a door and you can hear everything below. Skylights in this room do not have shades on them and you wake up with the sun. Recommendations: have a broom available to sweep snow off balcony, a humidifier in each room, & lay out all rugs prior to arrival. Loved this place!

  Only negatives were that the dishwasher did not clean the dishes. The Keurig coffee maker did not work. The mattress in MBR was very uncomfortable.
  Also - one of the closet doors in the top floor bedroom would not open.
