The recently remodeled condo is just blocks from the Snowflake Chairlift, where guests can access all of the best skiing and riding. Also, conveniently located in walking distance from all of the best dining, shopping and everything that Main Street has to offer.


This south facing condo has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The kitchen has the best amenities with a slate tile flooring, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. The living room has hardwood floors, a stone gas fireplace, and a balcony. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has 2 twins and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has an attached full bath and there's a half bath on the main level.


Please note this unit comes with one unassigned covered parking spot in the parking garage.


Sundowner II guests have access to the Upper Village indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. The Upper Village Pool facilities is located next door to Sundowner II. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. Please note that during the COVID pandemic the pool facility is operating using an online reservation system. Reservations are on a first come-first served basis and is not guaranteed. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons. Sundowner II complex hot tub is currently closed due to Covid.
