This vibrant and chic townhouse is guaranteed to make the guests smile during their Breckenridge vacation! Kingdom Park 828 is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse close to Main St. and on the free bus route. This two-story townhouse is decorated with modern mountain decor and offers plenty of space for a group of 6. It is directly across from the newly renovated Breckenridge Recreation Center, the Blue River, main bike paths, and playgrounds.


The Kingdom Park complex has a very welcoming feel to it. The main floor is an open space floor plan offering a spaceious and comfortabl fle. The recently remodeled living room has a comfortable sofa, two arm chairs, a cozy fireplace, and a smart TV. The living room opens up into the dining area, which has a dining room table big enough for the entire group. The fully equipped kitchen has new appiances and extra seating at the bar, There is a large back patio off the kitchen/dinign area.


The three bedrooms are all located upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a smart TV, and its own private bathroom. The master private bathroom has a jetted bath tub, a shower, and a vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom that has a bath tub, shower, and vanity. The third bathroom is on the main level.


This townhouse is close to a lot of fun activities in the surrounding area. The Blue River provides awesome fishing opportunities, the bike path is right out the door, the 88,000 sq. ft. Recreation Center has loads of activities that are indoor and outdoor. The guests are in walking distance to rentals shops, the grocery store, and liquor stores. The complex is also on the free bus route to access Main St. and the Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you have your own car, the complex provides one parking space for each unit. The overflow parking ($5/day) is just down the street for extra vehicles.
